    Manufactured homes are built in a factory to federal HUD code and delivered to your site. They offer excellent quality at a lower cost than site-built homes. I'll walk you through the differences and help you find the right fit.
    Do you help with financing?
    Absolutely. I work with several lenders who specialize in manufactured home financing, including FHA, VA, and chattel loans. I'll help you understand your options and connect you with the best fit.
    Can I customize my home's floor plan and finishes?
    Yes! Our online design tool lets you explore layouts, choose finishes, and see pricing in real time. When you find something you love, we'll refine it together before ordering.
